I'm working on making curtains for the house. This is probably my third big sewing project on my own so I'm having an issue. As I sew, it's bunching up. Why's it doing this?

Your tension is set too tight. On the machine's I've worked with you turn a dial (not sure if you go up in #'s or down) but it will change the tension so that it won't pull like that. Take a scrap piece of fabric and experiment on your machine to see which way to turn it..trouble let me know and I'll see how I can help :-)
